As soon as you’ve decided you’d like to exchange, let us know by contacting us. You have 15 days from the date you received your order to follow the below steps:
- Create your exchange or return in your Pink Swan account
- Book your complimentary collection
- Send your purchase back to us
All items must be returned new, unused and with all designer garment tags attached within 15 days of receipt. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
